Our community rules are simple: be yourself, play well with others, let us know if you see something that you feel is offensive or illegal, respect others (including us) and follow the law.
If you work for a company that wants to sell products to our members or wants to post a job, reach out to our sales team because if you try to sneak around on the site, we’ll find out and block you

Our Full Community Standard Policy
Our goal is to connect Blue Collar and service workers and to enhance their careers and their lives through providing them mentoring, career, skills development and business information.
We will always put our members first, and we have a few rules of engagement or community standards to help everyone understand what’s allowed and not allowed on Thinkin Blue.
Our community standards will change as we launch more features and as we gather feedback from our members, and when those changes are published, we'll let you know through an email notification, an alert on the web site and an notification on member accounts.
Be Yourself and Be Trustworthy
We do not allow fake account on the site and and it’s not okay to provide misleading or deceptive information about yourself, your qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements. You don't have to use your real name as your username or your real picture as your avatar - just don't use offensive language or an offensive image. Catfishing, romance scams, stolen valor, other internet scams and crimes are strictly forbidden on this site. If you feel you have been contacted by a fake account through our site or you have been contacted by someone engaged in a suspected internet scam let us know immediately and we'll investigate.
Be Nice
We strive to maintain a civil and friendly community for our members. This site will not be used to harm others or their careers or to air grievances and disputes. It is not okay to harass, abuse, or send other unwelcome communications to members. It's okay to engage in political conversations and we understand that political conversations can get contentious but it's not okay to engage in hateful or threatening conversations. We do not allow hate speech, promotion of hate groups or terrorist organizations, or those who engage in violent crimes on the services and we reserve the right to determine what is considered hate speech.
Be Safe and Respect Others
Don't steal someone else's work (content or images) and protect your private information. Don't use this site for illegal activities, promoting illegal products, or violating the rights of others. Don't use the services to commit fraud or to try to trick others. Also, don't use the services to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, or other software that can destroy or interrupt others' data or computer devices.
And don't share your personal information with anyone on the site. If you are applying for.a job, only do so through a company's career site. If you are buying a product, only do so through a secure e-commerce site. If you choose to interact with another member, we strongly recommend that all communications occur on the Thinkin Blue site.
Be Respectful of Our Rights
We won't say that we are affiliated or endorsed by you unless we are, so don't tell others that you’re affiliated with or endorsed by Thinkin Blue when you’re not. You work hard at your daily job and we work hard as well, so don’t violate our intellectual property rights, scrape the services, or interfere with or disrupt the services.
