Community Standards

TL:DR Community Standards

Our community rules are simple: be yourself,  play well with others, let us know if you see something that you feel is offensive or illegal, respect others (including us) and follow the law.

If you work for a company that wants to sell products to our members or wants to post a job, reach out to our sales team because if you try to sneak around on the site, we’ll find out and block you

If you have questions, please read our full community standards below or contact our Chief Product Officer.

Our Full Community Standard Policy

Our goal is to connect Blue Collar and service workers and to enhance their careers and their lives through providing them mentoring, career, skills development and business information.

We will always put our members first, and we have a few rules of engagement or community standards to help everyone understand what’s allowed and not allowed on Thinkin Blue.

Our community standards will change as we launch more features and as we gather feedback from our members, and when those changes are published, we'll let you know through an email notification, an alert on the web site and an notification on member accounts.
